BALANCE

Bal-ance: A state of equilibrium or equipoise; equal distribution of weight; mental steadiness or emotional stability; habit of calm behavior or judgment.

Whether we’re at work or at home, with others or alone, maintaining a sense of balance in whatever we’re doing is key to being present in the moment. Tonight’s Fundamentals class will focus on balance, both in the physical sense and mentally, and how we can incorporate what we learn on the yoga mat into our daily lives.

FUNdamentals takes place on Thursdays from 6:30 – 7:45PM!
