Meditation and Writing Class ~ Radiant Empowerment, Humor and Awareness
Led by Jennifer Schelter, Artistic Director of Yoga Schelter, MFA
Six-weeks ~ Saturdays, April 26, May 3, 17, 24, 31, June 7 ~ 7.45 – 8.45am
This meditation and writing class focuses on your personal experience, voice and stream of consciousness. Meditation and writing share the process of watching the mind, following consciousness and creating a silent witness for non-reactive personal power, creativity, and freedom. Inspired by the enthusiasm for meditation and writing on the Radiant Retreat in Maya Tulum, this class will be an adventure in meditation styles and accompanying writing exercises to inspire your muse, and juice your soul. No previous meditation, or writing experience needed. Come enjoy the bliss of your own creativity and let it rip. ☺ Bring a journal and pen to class.
Meditations Include: Japa, Antar Mouna, Creative Visualization, Yoga Nidra, Maitri – Loving Kindness, Inner Movie, Karma.
