Participants will feel transported to a space of peace, flight and adventure as they share in the sacred and transformational joy of Out on a Limb and the beauty of the human body in breath, movement and meditation.

Dear Caroline,
Thank you so much for being there yesterday. Thanks to your contribution and giving of your teaching – we really had one of the most inspiring years ever! Hope to see you soon at one of the Yoga Unites events! Please stay in touch.
Jennifer–
I was one of the assisting yoga teachers this morning, and I just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful class. My 15-year-old daughter was there, too, and I ran into many friends all morning, including someone I hadn’t seen in over 25 years! There was a very magical atmosphere on those Art Museum steps today. I know that everyone who participated walked away very touched and uplifted by the event and it was an honor and a joy to have been a part of it. Best wishes! –Caroline
