    Allison,

Thank you so much for your comment. To stay in the moment and be free of self-judgment – ahhhh….there’s the sunshine…of yoga.

    Thank you,

    Jennifer

    Dear Jennifer,

I wanted to tell you how moved I was by Monday night’s class. Your guidance during class was right in step with my inner monologue helping me to stay in the moment and to be free of self judgment. I entered the studio with lots of physical and emotional tension and I left with a profound sense of balance and peace that lasted through to the next day. Thank you.

The site and your holistic vision for health, wellness and spirituality is everything I believed it would be, and more.

Remember: Beauty is everything you are and nothing you can become.

    Howard,

Glad you got in touch again – !

~Yes, those classes are perfect for where you are and your exposure to yoga will be just fine.
~Yes, room in classes – either one.
~Arrive a few minutes before class to fill out wellness form and wear clothes that you work out in.
    ~Yoga is practiced barefoot.
best not to drink a beer or lots of coffee before class. Nothing too acidic in stomach. :)

Look forward to seeing you. Thanks.

    Best,

    Jennifer
