A private yoga or one-on-one mentoring/coaching session (Mini-Retreat) is a smart gifts to give your self. Whether you are healing an injury or need space and time to “work it out” and create the vision of your “next thing”, Jennifer offers outstanding guidance, structure and support.

Jennifer Schelter focuses her private practice in two areas:
1) The Physical Aspects of Vinyasa Yoga (yoga postures) alignment, strength, balance, flexibility and accessing “the feel good feeling” clients gain a new awareness of their body and the practicality and longevity of a yoga practice.
2) Mentoring/Coaching/Mini-Retreat (personal development). You share want to create in terms of intention and goals, regarding physical or personal development. Session access what’s possible and target specific actions. Sessions are practical and apply to your specific personal style and development. Sessions may involve journal writing, meditation, creative visualization, and a supportive dialogue for life transitions, transformation and focus. In the past 15 years, Jennifer has worked with cancer patients, moms who want to get in shape, men seeking a better golf swing and those seeking new creativity, transformational life changes and soulful inspiration. She is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher who also teaches meditation, writing and leads the Radiant Retreat to Maya Tulum, Mexico. Her clients include Wharton Business School, Glaxo-Smith Klein, Morris Arboretum and other Fortune 500 Companies.
A commitment of either 1 to 6 sessions are required for best results.
